Christmas With The Wiles

Today we celebrated Christmas at the Wile's (Kristin's family) We enjoyed a wonderful brunch together. After brunch we had a time of opening our stockings and presents with Kristin's grandparents. They left after that to go home and rest. (Unfortunately Kristin's Grandpa's cancer came back. He had a treatment this week. He was feeling under the weather today. We continue to pray that he's feeling better soon and healed again!) The family gathered in the basement to hear the Christmas story read from the Bible. This has always been a family tradition of ours. It means a lot and we've carried on to our own family. Afterwards we had a fun afternoon of exchanging gifts. Everyone (young and old) enjoyed "playing" with their gifts. We finished off our evening with a light supper and watching the movie "Cars". Thanks Mother and Daddy for a fun filled day! Thanks Jon, Becky, Ethan, and Emma too! We are very blessed!!
