We are going to Disney World!!!
For Benjamin's birthday we surprised him with the news that we are going on a family vacation---just the 3 of us to Disney World. He was very surprised and excited! We were just a little excited too! We enjoyed the evening going to Oregon Dairy restaurant for supper and then out to let him pick out a new bike. So much fun!
Field Trip
The day after Benjamin's birthday I went on a field trip with his 2nd grade class to Gnome Countryside in Quarryville. It was a great day to be outdoors.
Birthday Party!
We celebrated Benjamin's 8th birthday with family and special friends. It was a football party!
Very cool shirt from Uncle Brad, Aunt Bradi, Raegan, & Sydney who live in Michigan. The neatest thing was that they sent it to him in the mail and it came on the day of his party. He got to open it with the rest of his gifts. Fun!
Grandpa & Grandma Kreider
Cool new hunting clothes!
Nan & Pop Pop
Awesome new baseball bat!
For years now we have gone to Ocean City, MD with friends over Memorial Day weekend. We started going when we were young married couples and now we are all grown up with families! :-) It's so much fun to see the friendships that our kids now have with each other! We had fun playing in the sand, ocean, riding bumper boats, and yes even Brent and the dads relived there younger years on the slick track. That's Brent the blur below!
Flag Day
We went into Benjamin's school to see him sing songs about our country and flag. It was really
cool! He had some lines to memorize and
did an amazing job!
Baseball Season
This was Benjamin's 3rd year playing baseball. This year was coach/kid pitch. The first 3 innings the coach would pitch and then the last 3 innings the kids had the chance to pitch. It was so much fun to watch! Benjamin had the chance to pitch an inning. He struck out one player. He did really well--however we are his parents and may be a little biased! His favorite positions were pitcher, catcher, short stop, and 1st base.
